1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ph8585 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. ph8585 shall not be held liable for any losses or unauthorized activity resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify ph8585 immediately via the contact details in Section 14 of these Terms.

ph8585 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that the Player poses a risk to the integrity of the ph8585 platform or its other players.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph8585 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Banks: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine commercial banks via online banking transfer

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. ph8585 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

ph8585 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are released. This process is mandatory and cannot be waived.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph8585 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all ph8585 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• A Player may only claim each welcome or new-player promotion once. Creating additional accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account termination.

• Bonus winnings that exceed the specified maximum withdrawal cap for a given promotion will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal processing.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All Games on the ph8585 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair algorithms to ensure game outcomes are genuinely random and independent of prior results. ph8585 games are subject to independent technical audits to maintain certification standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph8585 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or incomplete promotions in bad faith

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ph8585 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player's account. Bets accepted under erroneous odds or conditions due to a system error may be voided at ph8585's discretion. In all disputed matters, ph8585's decision is final, subject to any applicable Philippine regulatory review process.

8 Responsible Gaming

ph8585 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle, not merely a compliance obligation. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every Player's account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your ph8585 wallet. Limits take effect immediately when set; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when a continuous gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period across all Games.

9 Intellectual Property

No element of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ph8585.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph8585 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any rights to sublicense, sell, resell, copy, or modify the platform or its contents.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8585 shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities due to service interruptions, or unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to secure their credentials.

ph8585's total aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph8585 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical incidents may cause temporary service unavailability. ph8585 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods where operationally feasible.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ph8585 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an account on ph8585, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph8585 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by Philippine law, by order of a competent regulatory authority including PAGCOR, or as necessary to process your transactions through authorized payment service providers.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ph8585 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph8585 will provide notice to Players via email to the registered address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the ph8585 platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the ph8585 platform, or any related service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution process administered by PAGCOR.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
